Refund & Cancellation Policy
Membership Billing
PreAppco Support Plans are billed monthly and automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled by the member.
By enrolling in a Support Plan, you authorize recurring monthly billing based on your selected plan level.
Cancellation PolicyMembers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting PreAppco Support.
Cancellation requests submitted before the next billing cycle will prevent future charges. Members will retain access to their plan benefits through the remainder of the current billing period.
No partial-month credits or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time, services, platform access, or membership benefits.Refund PolicyDue to the nature of digital services, platform access, educational resources, onboarding, credit monitoring services, and professional coordination support, membership fees are generally non-refundable once services have been activated.Refund requests may be considered in the event of:
Duplicate chargesBilling errorsVerified technical issues that prevent account activationRefund determinations are made at the sole discretion of PreAppco, LLC.
Onboarding & Professional Services
Certain membership benefits may include onboarding sessions, consultations, financial readiness guidance, educational resources, credit monitoring services, or coordination with third-party professionals.
Once an onboarding session has been completed or professional coordination services have begun, those services are considered rendered and are not eligible for refund.
Third-Party ServicesSome membership features may involve third-party providers, including but not limited to credit monitoring, financial education resources, or professional advisory services.
Fees associated with third-party services that have already been initiated, delivered, or incurred by PreAppco may not be eligible for refund.
Billing DisputesIf you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact PreAppco within thirty (30) days of the charge date so we can review the matter and work toward a resolution.
