Transactional: billing address, payment method (processed by our payment provider), purchase history.
Support & communications: messages, tickets, survey responses, call/meeting notes, attachments.Compliance/KYC (if applicable to your product): documents and identifiers you submit for verification.

2) How we use personal information

If you engage in cross-context behavioral advertising, replace this line with: “We do not sell personal information, but we may ‘share’ it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by certain state laws. You can opt out of sharing via our ‘Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information’ link or by emailing privacy@preappco.com.
5) Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirements.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
